My name is Adam and I am the owner and founder of Lucky Sun Jeep Tours. I have been coming to Big Bend National Park and exploring it now for 28 years. I grew up with a mentor who was a doctor of Ecology. He helped my Dad, Brother, and myself to fall in love with the Big Bend region and Terlingua area. My family would do annual trips to big bend, each time exploring further and pushing deeper into different parts of the areas backcountry. This gave me an in-depth knowledge of the region that benefits me daily.
In 2017 I started working part time in the area, after finishing a 21 day trek down the 280 mile portion of the Rio grande that is designated Wild And Scenic in the Terlingua area. In October of 2020 I made the full time move to Terlingua and by February 2021 Lucky Sun was born.
